"Social Potluck"

Gabriel Newman

Local actor, writer and academic Gabe Newman invites the
public to his table to share their stories in the Social Potluck.

"The dinner table (or family/communal eating venue) is the most important performance venue in the world..." A great meal in exchange for stories becomes fodder for Gabriel, who is working on his master's thesis in performance art at UBC Okanagan, with Social Potluck as his thesis. Gabriel will share this story while in the midst of this study of exchanging cooking for stories. "Everyone has something to bring to the table..." so bring your brown bag lunch!
